Ambulances are used to respond to medical emergencies by emergency medical services. AMBULANCE SERVICE PROVIDED: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): The enhanced version of regular ambulances. The ACLS ambulance services offer extensive services to those clients who are diagnosed with cardiac problems and to those who require care, such as adequate blood circulation and ventilation, during the shifting. Advanced life support (ALS): Advanced Life Support (ALS) is provided when a patient is in more critical condition and a paramedic is required to assist in the treatment of the patient before and/or during transport to the emergency facility.

Basic life support (BLS): This is a level of medical care administered to victims of non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries until they can be given full medical care at a hospital Patient transportation Pre-planned non-emergency transport for patients who have a medical condition that would prevent them from travelling to a treatment centre by any other means, or who require the skills of an ambulance care assistant during the journey.
